Join the Just Scrappin' scrappers for a summer getaway at the upscale AmishView Inn in Lancaster, PA! This hotel is just beautiful! The hotel overlooks an Amish farm and there are several onsite Amish attractions for you to visit (additional cost) for an Amish Experience. The AmishView is just minutes away from Route 30 where you will find restaurants, craft shops, and outlet stores. There are several scrapbook stores located within a short driving distance from the hotel. Hope you will join us for a fabulous weekend in Amish Country!

When: July 13-16, 2023 There is the opportunity to arrive Thursday afternoon, adding an additional hotel night to the cost of the weekend. The crop room will be open Thursday 3 pm for those scrappers arriving on Thursday - however, the vendors and myself will be setting up during that time.
Time: Friday 10 am (Thursday 3 pm) through Sunday 4 pm
Payment Deadline: June 16, 2023 (If payment is not received by June 16, 2023, a $25.00 late fee will be charged)

*Standard Queen Room with 2 beds
*Refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker in every room
*Full buffet breakfast served from 6:30 am - 9:30 am (Lunch and Dinner on your own)

Please note: For the pleasure of ALL our attendees, everyone must be 21 years of age or older.
Event Pricing:
All rates are per person. Only full weekend packages are offered at this time.
Single: $615.00
Double: $405.00
Triple: $345.00
Quad: $310.00
Local: $225.00
Additional Thursday night hotel room:
Single: $210.00 (inc.taxes )/room
Double: $105.00 per person, 2 sharing the room (Room: $210.00)
Triple: $76.00 per person, 3 sharing the room (Room: $228.00}
Quad: $ 61.00 per person, 4 sharing the room (Room: $244.00)
If arriving on Thursday, the crop room will be open for your use from 3 pm. Vendors will be setting up during this time.

Single Scrappers: please note, this hotel is very expensive and as a single, you must absorb the entire cost of the room. The rate for 2 nights is $520.00. The additional $95.00 for the single package covers the shared expenses for the weekend and a very small profit. I have tried to keep the rate as low as possible.
All deposits are due 7 days from the date of registration or your spot will be relinquished. You will receive an invoice via email 3-4 weeks prior to the payment deadline date with directions on how to pay your balance.
Payment Policy:
• A minimum $50.00 (non-refundable & non-transferable) deposit is due at the time of registration. The balance is due by June 16, 2023.
•If payment is not received by June 16, 2023 there will be a $25.00 late fee.
•If you register on or after June 16, 2023, payment IN FULL is due immediately.
•Returned checks will be charged a $30.00 fee.
•You will receive a confirmation email once your registration form & payment have been received.

Cancellation Policy:
It is understood that unforeseen events may happen that prevent you from attending.
•If you cancel before the final payment date, a full refund (minus $50.00 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit and any PayPal fees incurred ) will be issued.
•After the final payment date, if your spot is unable to be filled, no refunds will be issued due to the nature of our contracts with the hotel and the expenses incurred on your behalf. By this date, all expenses have been prepaid to the hotel and final counts have been given.
•If you are unable to attend, you may find someone to fill your spot. If there is a waiting list, Just Scrappin' will assist you in finding someone to fill your spot.
•NO refunds for "no shows". As a courtesy, please notify Just Scrappin' if you are unable to attend.
•Once you have arrived at the event, there will NO refunds if you leave early.
•NO refunds will be given due to natural disasters, national emergencies, or Acts Of God, as Just Scrappin' is still responsible to pay all venue expenses.
•$50.00 deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE.
Note: Just Scrappin' Weekend Escapes, LLC, and Kathleen Sweeney are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen items. When leaving the cropping room, please take all valuables with you. Please do not leave electronic devices unattended.
By registering, the client releases Just Scrappin' Weekend Escapes, LLC, and Kathleen Sweeney from any liability with regard to the clients’ travel to/from the event or attendance while at the event.
